Does VinoVisit charge my Credit Card?
You will NEVER see a charge from VinoVisit on your Credit Card statement resulting from a reservation that you book. We do however, allow the wineries where you are booking events to charge through our system. You will see a separate charge from each winery where you book an event.
You may see a charge on your card from VinoVisit if the event host chooses to use our payment gateway. In these instances, we charge your card on behalf of the host. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable even when VinoVisit is not charging your credit card. Please reach out to the Event Host if you have any questions regarding the event.
How is the "Due Today" amount determined?
Each event is setup differently. Some wineries choose to charge for all or some of the event price at the time of booking while others may choose to charge at the time of the event. The amount Due Today will include the costs of all events which are setup to charge the day of booking.

For over 40 years, Adelsheim Vineyard has been carefully cultivating vineyards and making wines sustainably in the Willamette Valley.
David Adelsheim first planted the grapes of northern Europe in Oregon’s Willamette Valley in 1972 because he believed that fine and distinctive wine could be created in the cool climate of this unknown place. As the industry advanced, he realized that this new region could only succeed if all its growers and winemakers aimed for the highest quality … and he led the collaborative charge to achieve that goal by writing Oregon’s labeling regulations, setting up the system for importing grapevine clones from Europe, and helping found most of the organizations and events that define the industry. In February 2012, David was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by his peers in the Oregon wine industry for his “outstanding service.”
Today, David leads a new generation of passionate Adelsheim staff devoted to leading the industry in crafting consistently alluring wines. Our team knows that raising the bar with every growing season requires ceaseless attention to detail – from managing the crop size vine-by-vine to controlling 180 individual Pinot noir ferments – while staying focused on the big picture. At our core, we are about crafting wines in a style consistent with our place. We combine traditional and modern techniques, crafting cool-climate wines in a style that centers on elegance, complexity and richness in flavor and texture.
