To report copyright infringement to us, send written notice to our copyright notice agent identified at the end of this policy. That notice should be signed by the copyright holder or its authorized agent and:

  2. Identify the infringing material.
  3. Provide the infringer’s contact information.
  4. State that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright holder, its agent or the law.
  5. State under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.

Counter-Notice by Accused Subscriber

  1. Identify the material that has been removed and its location on our website before the removal.
  2. State under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed based on mistake or misidentification.
  3. Provide your name, address and telephone number.
  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located or, if your address is overseas, the federal court for the Northern District of California.
  5. Agree to accept service of process from the person who sent the notice of copyright infringement or that person’s agent.

Termination of Repeat Infringers
